Scam Alert!

We have gotten reports from members regarding an email they have received from a jacksonconnect.net email address.  This email is asking members to fill out a survey, one that includes personal information, to win money/gift cards.

This email is NOT from us!

The only time you will be sent an email that asks for personal information is when a signature request is sent after an order is placed/interest is expressed.  The signature request is for a service agreement that does have a place for name, social security number, (electric) account number, etc.  

At this time, we are not conducting any email survey with a prize for completion.
